We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Support Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of services of Ultimate Guitar and Audio.com.
Key Responsibilities
- Written resolution of customer issues in the ticket system and on social media
- Resolution of disputes in payment systems
- Collection and analysis of incoming customer issues and suggestions for solving these problems
- Optimization of current workflows in your team and suggestions for improving work tools
Required experience
Required skills and abilities:
- English proficiency of at least Upper-Intermediate (B2)
- Experienced Web user
Additional skills and abilities (preferred):
- Knowledge/use of MU product
Proficiency in any other language at least at B1 level - Experience in IT Support
- Musical education (musical background or ability to play an instrument)
