You will lead from the technical side, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and scalability, while providing the necessary guidance for the team's growth in hard skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Architectural Solutions and Infrastructure Sustainability:
   • Lead the design and implementation of robust architectural solutions.
   • Ensure the sustainability and scalability of the software infrastructure.
2. Development Estimations and Technical Planning:
   • Provide accurate development estimations for projects.
   • Participate in technical planning sessions to define project milestones and deliverables.
3. Leadership and Mentoring:
   • Mentor existing technical resources to facilitate their growth in hard skills.
   • Provide guidance and support to team members, leveraging your knowledge of their strengths and weaknesses.
4. Troubleshooting:
   • Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
5. Hiring Developers and QA:
   • Hire developers and QA professionals who align with the team's technical requirements and culture.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

1. Strong Proficiency in C++:
   • Extensive experience with C++ and familiarity with the latest standards (C++11/14/17/20).
2. UI Frameworks and Tools:
   • Strong proficiency with UI frameworks such as Qt and wxWidgets.
   • Experience with QML and CI setup (CMake Fetch).
3. Software Development Principles:
   • Solid knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns, and best practices in software development.
4. Audio Software Development:
   • Knowledge of audio processing and real-time audio data handling is highly desirable.
5. Cross-Platform Development:
   • Experience developing applications for multiple platforms (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
6. Problem-Solving Skills:
   • Ability to quickly identify issues, devise effective solutions and, basically, working out of your comfort zone.
7. Collaboration:
   • An emphasis on open communication, active listening, and the ability to provide constructive feedback while fostering a positive and inclusive team environment is critical.
8. Risk Management:
   • Ability to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
9. Soft Skills:
   • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
