We're actively seeking a QA Engineer to enhance revenue by proactively preventing losses and instability of Hal Leonard e-commerce products Sheet Music Plus and Sheet Music Direct, while also playing a pivotal role in the creation of new features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish QA testing processes for weekly releases
• Conduct manual testing of websites (SMP/SMD) to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
• Maintaining an up-to-date backlog of defects/bugs with clear prioritization
• Report and track bugs, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Validate fixes and perform retesting of resolved issues.
• Create, update, and execute test cases and checklists based on product requirements.
• Collaborate with the team (managers, developers, designers to improve site quality)
• Document test results and provide clear reports to stakeholders.
  

Required Experience and skills:

• 2-3+ years of experience in manual software testing/testing of websites.
• Experience in writing test cases.
• Experience in conducting regressions, and extensive product testing.checklists, and bug reports.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies.
• Experience working with Test Management Systems (TMS) such as qase.io and testrail.com.
• Familiarity with bug-tracking and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Knowledge of test design techniques and practical application of those techniques.
• Advanced level of English.

• Basic understanding of SEO and accessibility testing principles.
• Experience in test automation.
