We're actively seeking a QA Engineer to enhance revenue by proactively preventing losses and instability of Hal Leonard e-commerce products Sheet Music Plus and Sheet Music Direct, while also playing a pivotal role in the creation of new features.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish QA testing processes for weekly releases
- Conduct manual testing of websites (SMP/SMD) to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
- Maintaining an up-to-date backlog of defects/bugs with clear prioritization
- Report and track bugs, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Validate fixes and perform retesting of resolved issues.
- Create, update, and execute test cases and checklists based on product requirements.
- Collaborate with the team (managers, developers, designers to improve site quality)
- Document test results and provide clear reports to stakeholders.
Required Experience and skills:
- 2-3+ years of experience in manual software testing/testing of websites.
- Experience in writing test cases.
- Experience in conducting regressions, and extensive product testing.checklists, and bug reports.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies.
- Experience working with Test Management Systems (TMS) such as qase.io and testrail.com.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Knowledge of test design techniques and practical application of those techniques.
- Advanced level of English.
Nice to have - Basic understanding of SEO and accessibility testing principles.
- Experience in test automation.
