We're looking for a data-driven and creative Paid User Acquisition Specialist to help us scale web and mobile traffic across our global music platforms – Ultimate Guitar, MuseScore, and Audio.com.

Key Responsibilities
- Management of advertising channels;
- Optimization of advertising campaigns based on data in accordance with established KPIs;
- Testing hypotheses, new formats, markets, and traffic sources;
- Collaboration with the creative team on the creation of promotional and informational materials;
- Interaction with analysts to build reports and conduct A/B testing
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Paid UA web and mobile traffic with strict KPIs (preferably in the international market);
- Experience working with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, ASA, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads (at least 3 of them);
- Understanding of how web and mobile analytics systems work;
- Strategic and analytical thinking, responsibility, and attentiveness;
- Experience in ASO as plus
- English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
