We're seeking a dynamic Head of Strategic Partnerships, a proactive relationship builder skilled in negotiating high-value partnerships, driving growth strategies, and fostering meaningful collaborations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business development and a passion for the music industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential partners based on the company’s strategic goals and market positioning, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms of collaboration, financial arrangements, and mutual expectations, to ensure beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
- Own revenue growth plans in alignment with the partnership portfolio
- Develop and implement joint marketing strategies with partners, including co-branded initiatives, promotional events, and cross-promotion opportunities to maximize visibility and reach.
- Facilitate communication between partner organizations and internal teams, acting as a liaison to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment on projects and goals.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership initiatives, using data-driven insights to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement or adjustment.
- Organize and participate in partnership meetings, workshops, and conferences to foster relationships, share best practices, and stay informed about industry trends.
- Manage the integration of partner products or services with the company’s offerings, coordinating with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and user experience.
- Oversee the resolution of any issues or conflicts that arise with partners, employing diplomacy and strategic problem-solving to maintain positive, productive relationships.
Required Experience:
- At least 5+ years of experience in a business development, partner or relationship management role
- Proven track record of driving business growth and crafting and executing partnership strategies
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Experience within the music industry or a strong understanding of music technology is a plus
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
