We are seeking a Catalog Manager to our MuseHub Product team, who will manage the day-to-day partner and catalogue operations to support our goals of bringing in new partners and new product category solutions.
MuseHub is a digital platform designed for musicians, producers, podcasters, and app developers, offering a curated selection of audio tools, apps, and sound libraries. Available as both a website and a desktop app, it provides free and premium software, including industry-leading plugins, DAWs, and sound packs.
For audio creatives, MuseHub serves as a hub for enhancing music and podcast projects with high-quality apps, effects, and sampled instruments. For developers, it offers an opportunity to distribute their software to a broad audience of composers and producers.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in new partner research
- Product Review and Quality Assurance
- Evaluate submissions to ensure compliance with content guidelines, approving or rejecting as needed.
- Partner Relations and Product Improvement
- Collaborate with partners to optimise listings (e.g., add screenshots, adjust pricing, improve descriptions, respond to reviews).
- Encourage product improvements and adherence to best practices.
- Support partners with marketing strategies and provide required resources.
- Remove outdated or underperforming products to maintain platform relevance.
- Develop guides and tips for partners to maximize their success on the platform.
- Store Curation and Asset Management
- Refresh store layouts and page configurations.
- Design and publish new visual assets for promotions.
- Marketing Support and Campaigns
- Collaborate with the design team or external resources to create promotional content and visual assets.
Required experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in catalog management in creative industries (Music, Videos, Graphics, blog and lifestyle content)
- Great verbal and writing communication skills
- Strong sense of quality when it comes to visual assets and copy
- Familiarity with music production trends is a strength
- Familiarity with the music technology space and players is a strength
