In this role, you'll be identifying high-impact opportunities, developing meaningful collaborations, and owning partnership-driven growth strategies across our suite of music brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential partners based on company goals and market insights, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Lead negotiation of partnership agreements — defining terms, financials, and collaboration scope.
- Own revenue growth plans in alignment with the partnership portfolio.
- Co-create and launch joint marketing initiatives with partners, including co-branded initiatives, promotional events, and cross-promotion opportunities to maximize visibility and reach.
- Act as the bridge between partners and internal teams (product, marketing, analytics, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and shared vision.
- Build and implement data-driven processes for partnership analysis — using CRM data, customer segmentation, and performance dashboards.
- Regularly report on partner performance using data-driven insights to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement or adjustment.
- Organize and participate in partnership meetings, workshops, and conferences to foster relationships, share best practices, and stay informed about industry trends.
- Manage the integration of partner products or services with the company’s offerings, coordinating with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and user experience.
- Oversee the resolution of any issues or conflicts that arise with partners, employing diplomacy and strategic problem-solving to maintain positive, productive relationships.
Required Experience:
- At least 5+ years of experience in a business development, strategic partnerships or relationship management role.
- Proven track record of driving growth through partnerships and launching successful go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to develop and execute data-informed strategies, not just manage relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track engagement, pipeline, and performance.
- Deep understanding of key growth metrics — revenue attribution, sell-through analysis, conversion tracking, etc.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaboratively with marketing, sales, product, and analytics teams.
- Experience within the music industry or a strong understanding of music technology is a big plus.
- Confident communicator with experience navigating complex stakeholder relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
