We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Account Manager to oversee and optimize our Amazon operations across multiple global marketplaces (North America, Europe). This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon Vendor Central, Advantage and Seller Central, with a strong focus on catalog management, inventory coordination, operational compliance, data analytics, and financial accuracy.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Amazon’s evolving requirements.
- Handle case management with Amazon support, troubleshooting listing errors, catalog discrepancies, performance warnings.
- Ensure on-time execution of product launches, variations and parent-child listing relationships.
- Monitor and resolve listing suppressions, compliance violations, ASIN-related issues.
- Ensure optimal inventory health, preventing stockouts, overstocking, chargebacks.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for on-time replenishments and fulfillment execution
- Maintain FBA/FBM shipment efficiency, reducing storage fees and optimizing warehouse allocation.
- Track Vendor Central KPIs (OTB, IPI score, chargeback prevention, fulfillment efficiency)
- Manage Coop/MDF deductions, pricing claims, financial reconciliations with support of finance and Amazon teams.
- Partner with internal teams to improve product performance through data-driven optimizations.
Required Experience:
- 3-5+ years of experience managing Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central accounts.
- Expertise in Amazon catalog management, product listings, pricing dynamics.
- Strong proficiency in inventory forecasting, fulfillment processes, supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in Amazon data tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, working with internal teams, Amazon support.
- Experience in music, publishing, media industries within e-commerce as a plus.
- Knowledge of Amazon’s fulfillment policies, FBA/FBM processes, demand forecasting tools.
- Experience managing financial reconciliations, Coop agreements, chargeback resolutions would be a plus.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume e-commerce environment.
