We are seeking a dynamic VP of Finance to join our team in the USA. This role is pivotal in shaping the financial strategies that will ensure our organization's long-term stability and success on a global scale. This person will be responsible for:

• Implementing financial strategies and ensure stability globally
• Monitoring and enhance financial performance globally
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Preparation of financial reporting
• Working with business related data and revenue, automating reports and providing suggestions to the management team to drive the business for revenue, help to mitigate risks from financial perspective

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong financial management experience in a global Company with presence in several locations (financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, reporting)
• Proven success in scaling businesses
• Ability to dive deep into the processes and automate where needed
• Proven experience in managing teams
• Proven experience in data driven decision making
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
