We are looking for a People Partner in our Bury St. Edmunds, UK office. You will be an Employee Champion, fostering a culture of transparency and engagement; a Change Agent, supporting and implementing organizational changes; an Administrative Expert, creating and automating efficient HR processes; and a Strategic Partner, aligning HR initiatives with long-term departmental goals to aid in headcount and competency development. This is a hybrid work position with a partial presence in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with leaders and employees to increase engagement.
- Providing support, advice, and guidance in people areas to help leaders reach strategic goals.
- Leading HR process establishment and automation.
- Ensuring compliance with Muse's policies and procedures in assigned locations/divisions.
- Acting as the point of contact for all newcomers' questions/issues and planning their adaptation.
- Overseeing onboarding, ensuring newcomers' awareness of the company, processes, and products.
- Increasing employee engagement in assigned departments and assisting line managers as needed.
- Supporting employees and line managers in the performance management process, ensuring awareness of goals, steps, and timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a People Partner/HR Business Partner.
- Experience in change management environments.
- Excellent skills in people partnering and advising managers on various issues, including performance management.
- Proven experience in implementing HR processes based on the company's strategic goals.
- Proven experience in implementing HR systems.
- Strong data reporting and analysis skills.
- First-class communication skills and stakeholder management.
Nice to Have
- Experience in working in publishing and/or production companies as this role will collaborate with offline employees in distribution and production.
