We’re looking for a Head of Growth for B2B in the US in the Sales department that is responsible for selling HaL Leonard’s portfolio of solutions (including Print, Digital, and Musical Instruments) to retail/resale channels. The Head of Growth will spearhead our B2B sales strategy in the US, lead a high-performing team, and cultivate strong relationships with key retailers in the US and closely collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer for Sales and Education.
This is a remote-mode role, with a presence in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full cycle retailer relationship: sourcing retailers, onboarding and managing retailers relationships, grow retailer relationships to grow revenue
- Create and Execute B2B sales strategies in US
- Support US B2B Sales Leaders
- Develop and scale sales processes
- Lead all data analysis related to B2BE US Sales - extract and analyse data to investigate strategic business challenges or opportunities, identify issues and deliver data-focused recommendations and decisions to grow sales
- Ownership of B2BE US business-level reporting, defining and quantifying core business metrics and reporting to exec team
- Manage, inspire, and motivate B2BE team for sales growth
Require experience:
- 3+ years of relevant experience gained in a B2B sales role in tech companies
- Knowledge of the US market - including retail and distribution channels
- Tech and music industry knowledge
- Proven experience in data driven decision making in sales
- Strong understanding of performance, data, and measurement landscapes, with demonstrated experience using data and trends to develop sales strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, outstanding presentation skills
- Experience driving and refining sales process improvement via CRM
