We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Ultimate Guitar Core team, driving delivery on multiple high-impact projects. You’ll collaborate closely with the Product Owner and development team to manage timelines, optimize processes and ensure successful execution. Strong SDLC knowledge and experience working with developers are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively collaborate in the PO + PM tandem, where the PO focuses on the product strategy, and the PM focuses on delivery and makes sure the development team implements that strategy.
• Lead projects from requirements definition through development, identifying detailed implementation plan, tasks and milestones, including risk mitigation.
• Plan and coordinate team resources to ensure that projects are implemented on time.
• Establish processes and rituals within the team that enhance overall team performance and improve project delivery quality.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and product teams (monetization, design, analytics, etc.).
• Engage with stakeholders to align the project with business goals and manage expectations.
• Monitor the project’s progress and regularly report on its status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
• Manage quarterly project planning and OKRs.

Required experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a PM role in IT/product
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum & Kanban frameworks
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence
• Knowledge of time management
• Team management skills
• Be a decision-maker and possess problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work at multiple tasks at a time, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks
• Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English
