We are looking for a
Senior UX Researcher with a deep understanding of our users to take the leap forward in the user experience of the MuseScore product.
Key responsibilities: - Plan and execute user research methods to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
- Collect and analyze data from surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Conduct usability testing to improve product designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user-centered design principles.
- Communicate research findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Contribute to UX strategy and innovation based on research insights.
- Provide mentorship and promote a culture of user-centered learning.
Required experience:- Extensive UX research experience (3+ years).
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and practices.
- Proficiency in UX research tools and software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Collaboration and leadership abilities.
- The ability to read and understand musical scores is a plus.
