UX Researcher - MuseScore

We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher with a deep understanding of our users to take the leap forward in the user experience of the MuseScore product.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute user research methods to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
  • Collect and analyze data from surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.
  • Conduct usability testing to improve product designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user-centered design principles.
  • Communicate research findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to UX strategy and innovation based on research insights.
  • Provide mentorship and promote a culture of user-centered learning.
Required experience:

  • Extensive UX research experience (3+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Familiarity with user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in UX research tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaboration and leadership abilities.
  • The ability to read and understand musical scores is a plus.
  • Continuous learning mindset.
