You will work within our vibrant in-house Creative Team and report directly to Muse Group's Creative Director.
Your creative leadership and design skills will craft visual communications, compelling stories and context to business strategy of our brands.
You will lead design work through developing and supporting products identities in our promotions, brand campaigns, PR activities, social media content and many other marketing communications projects.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and manage a team of creative professionals to bring brand identity and communication design to life
Create design deliverables to support products' marketing strategies
Participate in creation of Communication Design system with branding agency. Implement and develop it further
Contribute to and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Develop a structured content repository consisting of continuously evolving visual storylines and design assets
Partner with freelancers and external studios to bring specific expertise required for tasks at hand
Artistic direction of photo shoots and video production
Interact with project managers and product designers to harmonize marketing and in-product designs and ensure the highest design quality
Work closely with the creative team (copywriters, illustrators and motion designers) to produce high quality content for in-house clients
Conduct presentations of the Creative Team's projects to internal stakeholders;
Mentor and develop designers
Lead User Acquisition design to deliver effective on brand communications for Performance Marketing campaigns
Seeking design needs from internal clients, generating ideas and promoting them within the company
Keeping up with the latest standards, processes and trends in visual design and implementing them in their work
Design skills: successful candidates will bring a range of different experiences in multiple fields within communication design including: Brand Identity, Editorial Design, Social Media Marketing, Motion Design, Typography and others
Experience: you have been in the creative industry for minimum 5 years and have worked on a variety of projects, preferably had experience in different international markets or large tech companies. You had experience leading projects and teams
Strategy: you always trying to connect business, brands and people, and how to make an impact with the design
Language: you are able to communicate in both Russian and English
